Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to drive spa operations and lead the front desk. You will train sales associates and collaborate with spa managers to foster a client- and team-centered culture.

Ideal candidates will coach a sales team, educate members on services, upgrades, products, and memberships, and manage administrative tasks with a positive attitude. Flexible hours and a dynamic wellness environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 18 years old or older.
• Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
