Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, an operator of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations, is seeking a General Manager in Training (GMIT) for Apex, NC. The role focuses on driving sales, owning the front desk experience, and developing the front desk team toward strong guest experiences and operational excellence.

This position is designed to prepare for future leadership roles. Promotion timing varies with performance and business needs, with a commitment to developing leaders from within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Actively coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence and consistency.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead and develop the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
• Step in as a key leader to maintain momentum in daily operations.
