Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for the Concord location to lead our front desk team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The GMIT will own daily front desk operations, coach staff, and support the spa leadership team while preparing for future leadership opportunities within the Hand & Stone franchise, with advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by achieving membership, retail, gift card, and service goals.
• Coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence.
• Support call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
• Ensure high standard of execution across client interactions.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational execution.
• Train, onboard, and develop front desk team members.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
• Step in as a key leader to maintain momentum in daily operations.
