Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – APEX (1431 Kelly Rd, Apex, NC 27502) is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT). This role suits a motivated, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at driving sales and developing a strong front desk team.

As a GMIT, you will own the front desk experience, focus on sales execution and guest satisfaction, and prepare for future leadership opportunities within our organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence and consistency.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
• Train, onboard, and develop new front desk team members.
