Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the Spa/F&B front desk operations at the Palm Springs location. The role includes managing the front desk team, locker room attendants, and spa providers, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.

You will handle scheduling, client appointments, and banking while promoting upsells and responsible for refunds and gift cards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in spa/costumer and operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct oversight of front desk, locker room attendants, and providers with staff scheduling.
• Balance cash and banking responsibilities; handle refunds and gift cards.
• Schedule client appointments and manage bookings; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote spa treatments and retail with upselling and suggestive selling.
• Attend staff meetings and train front desk staff for smart bookings and accurate accounting procedures.
