Qualifications

• Excellent guest services and professionalism required.
• Greet guests warmly and use surname when known.
• Answer phones with courteous greeting within three rings.
• Schedule and confirm spa services; check-in guests.
• Handle charges and sales per procedures.
• Promote treatments with upselling/suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer questions; schedule services.
• Assist guests in Spa Boutique and ring up sales.
• Maintain accurate cashiering and bank responsibilities.
• Attend staff meetings and follow SOPs.
• Complete all desk duties and paperwork per shift.
• Assist supervisor as needed.
