Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a front desk/call center professional to provide the Agua Caliente Experience. You will answer and route calls, assist guests with hotel reservations, and maintain up-to-date property information across Agua Caliente properties.

The role requires excellent guest service, proficiency with computers, and clear phone communication. Expect on-site work in Rancho Mirage, with adherence to casino SOPs and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately write messages on a computer.
• Prior experience with paging systems desirable.
• Prior call center experience desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide guest services and assist with hotel reservations.
• Maintain hotel and casino property knowledge for guest inquiries.
• Assist with room inventory and group blocks.
• Adhere to all internal controls and SOPs.
• Assist with clerical duties as needed.
• Operate paging and telephone systems.
