Responsabilidades

• Oversee Spa Front Desk and Spa Housekeeping teams.
• Quality Control of Spa Arrival/Departure/Tours/Guest Experience.
• Support Spa Operations Manager with schedule.
• Conduct regular quality walks of front of house.
• Coordinate monthly inventory with coordinator.
• Provide positive encouragement and training to front desk staff.
• Enforce policies and maintain 5-star service standards.
• Handle guest recoveries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
