Job summary

The Hotel Landing, a Sage Hospitality property, is seeking a Spa Operations Supervisor to oversee all spa areas in the absence of the Spa Director, ensuring seamless service for guests and members.

You will lead front desk, massage and aesthetics teams, manage reservations, cash handling, upsell treatments, and maintain exceptional guest relations while coordinating with leadership. This on-site role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1+ year leadership experience in hospitality or related role.
• Understanding of front office procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and use standard cash registers.
• Experience dealing with the public and customer service fundamentals.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and supervisory skills.
• Effective communication; second-language ability may be required.
• Strong phone etiquette and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, massage and estheticians to ensure optimal service.
• Train and coach front desk team to ensure quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete check-in procedures for arrivals and facilitate checkout.
• Handle cash, receipts, and guest accounts accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and schedule spa reservations; upsell services.
• Maintain guest relations using guest names and knowledge of in-house functions.
• Control cash transactions and manage personal bank according to policy.
• Communicate with leadership about incidents involving associates or guests.
• Support retail by verifying orders and stocking inventory.
• Order office and operating supplies within budget.
