Massage Heights in San Antonio seeks a vibrant Guest Service Manager for the 1604 & Bulverde location. You will deliver outstanding service, build lasting guest connections, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, greeting and processing guests, driving memberships, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a team-focused culture across eight SA locations. Availability for full- or part-time shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building.
• Experience in sales or upselling memberships is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to schedule changes.
• Comfort with using booking software and basic tech tools.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily bookings and guest check-in/out.
