Massage Heights San Antonio is seeking a friendly Front Desk Team member to greet guests, answer calls, and manage appointments across eight locations. You will handle payments, educate guests on memberships, and retain members while delivering a warm, professional experience in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay at $15 per hour, paid time off, medical benefits, and opportunities for advancement are offered to qualified candidates who complete our assessment

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and Members with warm, welcoming energy.
• Answer phones with upbeat etiquette and clear communication.
• Maintain a mature temperament while assisting guests.
• Build rapport with Guests and Members in the lobby.
• Schedule appointments, check guests in/out, and process payments in the software.
• Present and sell membership programs to new Guests.
• Retain Members by delivering an excellent client experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
