Massage Heights in Shavano Park is seeking a Guest Service Manager to deliver outstanding service and build lasting guest connections. You will manage bookings, greet guests, and process payments while driving memberships and product sales.

Join a supportive team with training and development opportunities, flexible scheduling, and bonus-based on performance. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises as you grow with eight premier locations in the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Able to work ~32 hours/week including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Reliable and flexible with transportation for multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, welcome and check out guests, and process payments accurately.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and general cleaning to uphold hygiene protocols.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care to ensure a positive experience.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and recommend services accordingly.
• Build rapport with guests to create a warm, memorable experience in every interaction.
• Contribute to a team culture centered on positivity and collaboration.
