Massage Heights San Antonio is seeking a Rockstar to join our Front Desk Team. You will greet guests with warmth, answer phones with a friendly tone, and schedule appointments using our robust software system.

You will build rapport, process payments, and present membership options to guests while delivering an exceptional client experience. Flexible shifts and team-oriented culture are emphasized, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to commute between eight locations.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and Members with warm, welcoming energy.
• Answer phones with upbeat tone and articulation.
• Build rapport with Guests and Members in the lobby.
• Schedule appointments, check guests in/out, and process payments in the system.
• Present and sell membership programs to new Guests.
• Retain Members by delivering an excellent client experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
