Massage Heights is seeking a vibrant Guest Service Manager for our 1604 & Bulverde location in San Antonio. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage bookings, and drive memberships while leading a friendly team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 32+ hours per week, including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Reliable, flexible with transportation between locations.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn booking software.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus; attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, greet guests, and process payments smoothly.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, and gift cards.
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and cleaning per hygiene protocols.
• Resolve guest questions with professionalism and care.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and recommend services.
• Build rapport to create a warm, memorable experience.
• Support team culture with positivity and collaboration.
