Job summary
Massage Heights - Alamo Heights/Bandera/Leon Sprin is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to deliver outstanding service across our eight San Antonio locations. You will welcome guests, manage bookings and payments, and promote memberships, packages, and retail with product knowledge.
The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, flexibility for 32+ hours/week including mornings, evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Warm, approachable and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused when challenges arise
- Attentive to details that enhance the guest experience
- Motivated to meet goals and go the extra mile for guests and teammates
- Available to work 32+ hours/week including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Reliable and flexible with transportation to travel between locations
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn, especially with booking software
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, welcoming and checking out guests, and processing payments accurately
- Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations
- Help uphold cleanliness and hygiene through laundry, sanitation, and cleaning duties
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Consult with guests to assess needs and provide service recommendations
- Connect with guests to build rapport and create a warm, memorable experience
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with a focus on results
