Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests at the front desk and provide information and homecare services in a luxury spa setting. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, process check-ins and check-outs, and assist with tours and refreshments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of phone experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell spa services and memberships while maintaining immaculate front-of-house standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with answering phones in a customer oriented environment.
• Excellent client care, service excellence, and attention to detail.
• Able to operate basic business machines (i.e. calculator, fax, printer, copier).

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception and maintain highest service standards to ensure spa is a market leader.
• Schedule appointments, greet guests, answer phones, offer refreshments.
• Check-in & check-out guests and handle cash.
• Promote/sell spa memberships and packages; be knowledgeable in hotel and spa offerings.
• Monitor spa operations to ensure standards are met and problems are resolved.
• Upsell, cross-sell and pre-sell spa services and products.
• Keep visual retail displays clean and stocked.
