Job summary

Mandara Spa in the United States is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests and coordinate front-of-house information and homecare services. You will ensure service excellence, handle appointments, greet guests, and support spa marketing promotions.

The role requires at least 1 year of phone-based, customer-oriented experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is required with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer-oriented environment.
• Excellent client care, service excellence, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception and development of service excellence.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, greet guests, provide tours, answer phones, offer refreshments.
• Direct client flow at the front desk, check-in & check-out, cash handling.
• Support spa marketing promotions and selling memberships.
• Monitor standards and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality.
• Be knowledgeable about menu and retail to upsell and cross-sell.
