Job summary

Mesquite Gaming is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in/out, appointment bookings, and beverage service. You will assist with payments, provide information on spa services, and ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong computer, typing, and communication skills; weekend and holiday availability; and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and modify guest appointments using booking software.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and products.
• Check guests in/out and process payments for services and retail items.
• Escort guests to treatment areas and offer refreshments.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to emails.
• Open/close front desk per SOPs and maintain front desk processes.
• Promote spa products, packages and gift cards to guests.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low stock to management.
• Maintain retail display organization and cleanliness.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with responsible service.
