Golden Nugget Spa and Salon in Las Vegas seeks a professional Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service and manage appointment scheduling. You will greet guests, answer calls, and provide information on services and products.

Role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced casino resort environment. Spa and retail knowledge is a plus; this is a non-tipping position with structured duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively.
• Computer literate; SpaSoft experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 and basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and manage front-desk reception.
• Schedule Spa and Salon appointments keeping service flow in mind.
• Provide product/service information and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle money, receipts, and PCI-compliant cash management accurately.
• Answer calls and provide courteous information and reminders.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the Spa and Salon lobby and work areas.
