Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas seeks a Spa/Salon Supervisor to oversee staff, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will coordinate schedules, train new hires, and assist guests with questions in a fast-paced resort spa.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of customer service experience, spa fitness exposure, and fluent English communication, with a flexible schedule and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and spa software.

Qualifications

• Two to five years customer service experience with at least one year of spa fitness experience preferred.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written form.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa/Salon staff and enforce policies.
• Instruct new hires on role expectations.
• Prepare schedules for spa attendants.
• Check guests in/out of spa/salon.
• Provide tours of locker room and wet areas to guests.
• Provide beverages, towels, robes, and slippers to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions.
• Ensure all services are completed promptly in time allotted.
• Maintain the appearance of the spa/salon.
• Perform other duties as needed.
