Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to deliver a premium guest experience, orient guests to spa facilities, and maintain pristine lounge areas. You will assist with robe and slipper distribution, guide guests through amenities, and actively promote services and promotions to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role requires polished appearance, excellent English communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; six months customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and guest-service skills in a luxury environment.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and orient them to spa facilities with a luxurious, courteous approach.
Maintain lounge, locker room, and relaxation areas in neat and sanitized condition.
Provide robes, slippers and tour guests through spa amenities as needed.
Promote spa services, treatments, and promotions to guests.
Review guest appointments and remind guests of service times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up for satisfaction.
Attend training and uphold Resorts World core values and standards.
