Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an overview of their spa experience
• Curate and personalize the guest's wellness journey from arrival to departure
• Communicate with the greeter’s cabin, valet, and other departments to ensure seamless guest transitions
• Assist guests with check-in, including entering and updating information in the computer system
• Modify and manage spa appointments as needed
• Answer guest inquiries regarding spa services, products, and amenities
