Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet callers professionally.
• Schedule appointments and convert LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products and assist guests in determining their needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and scheduling-related calls.
• Follow safety rules using all required safety devices.
