Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math.
• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on property guests.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieve messages from VM.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Assist in stocking towels, linens, and other spa items.
• Oversee billing and reconciliation after appointments.
• Open and close duties of the Spa and maintain its look.
• Greet guests and provide spa tours of facilities.
