Job summary

Salternative Spa in Geneva, IL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Spa Associate to create a welcoming, organized guest experience. You will greet guests, check in/out, guide them through the spa, answer inquiries, and manage appointments with our booking and payment systems.

The role requires initiative, reliability and strong communication. You will reset and clean areas after each client, assist with events, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy reception and lounge.
