Job summary

The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver refined, personalized wellness experiences in a luxury setting. You will guide guests from initial contact to treatment, recommending services and coordinating schedules.

As part of a high-end hospitality team, you will respond to inquiries, book and manage appointments, assist with check-in/out, payments, and retail, while maintaining discretion and guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, luxury hospitality, salon, wellness, reservations, or guest service preferred.
• Familiar with Forbes service standards or luxury hospitality standards is preferred.
• Strong ability to recommend and explain spa treatments and products.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments, priorities, and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome spa guests and provide personalized service throughout their experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Book, modify, confirm, and cancel spa appointments while optimizing therapist availability and spa scheduling.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and desired experiences.
• Educate guests on treatments, packages, amenities, pricing, promotions, and spa policies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful service recommendations, upgrades, enhancements, and add-ons.
• Provide accurate pre-arrival information, including treatment preparation, arrival times, cancellation policies, and spa etiquette.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, payment processing, and retail purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, promotions, packages, and seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate with massage therapists, estheticians, Spa leadership, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist guests with retail product selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain organized retail, reception, and guest areas.
• Support guest satisfaction and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
• Protect guest privacy at all times.
