Job summary

Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, TN, is seeking a friendly Bell Team member to create seamless arrivals and departures for guests. You’ll help with luggage, orientation, and transportation, while coordinating with Valet, Guest Services, and Front Office to ensure a smooth experience.

As part of our team, you’ll share knowledge about Southall’s farm, culinary experiences, wellness offerings, and activities, delivering warm hospitality that reflects refined luxury and Southern charm.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with hospitality aligned to Southall’s brand standards.
• Assist with unloading luggage and delivering items to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to accommodations with a brief property orientation.
• Coordinate with the Valet and Guest Services teams for smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Retrieve luggage upon departure and assist with transportation or valet coordination.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Southall’s farm, culinary experiences, wellness offerings, and activities.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including shuttles, valet retrieval, and local area guidance.
• Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Valet, and Concierge teams to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk areas.
• Support valet and transportation operations as needed, following all safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Southall Leadership.
