Job summary

Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Spa Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain pristine spa areas. You will warmly welcome guests, escort them to lockers, and ensure towels, robes, slippers, and amenities are stocked.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, managing inventory, monitoring appointments, and keeping locker rooms, restrooms, showers, lounges, and pool areas clean and organized to create a relaxing, safe spa

Qualifications

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the spa.
• Greet guests and escort to locker area; assign lockers and provide amenities.
• Explain proper usage of spa facilities for guest comfort and safety.
• Keep restrooms, showers, and locker areas clean and stocked.
• Assist therapists during treatments if needed.
• Manage inventory and supplies in locker room and vanity areas.
• Monitor appointments and coordinate guest flow.
• Stock beverages and fruits in lounge areas.
• Handle laundry and replace linens following SOP.
• Arrange spa areas with items like ice packs and towels.
