Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain daily communications log for Spa Associates.
• Evaluate inventory and place vendor orders.
• Prepare purchase orders for supplies.
• Keep Spa desk procedures updated with policies.
• Coordinate group bookings and address needs.
• Review reservation activity for accuracy and availability.
• Inspect Spa facilities for defects or issues.
• Update resumes and communicate staff changes for groups.
• Ensure daily laundry requirements are met.
• Conduct monthly inventory of Salon/Spa/Retail inventory.
• Cover Concierge or Spa Attendant roles as needed.
