Responsibilities include guiding guests on spa facility use, assisting therapists, managing inventory, monitoring appointments, and ensuring fresh towels and linens.

Qualifications

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the spa.
• Greet and accompany guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide amenities.
• Explain proper usage of spa facilities to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain clean and stocked restrooms and showers, replace used towels, and wipe showers after use.
• Assist therapists during treatments as needed, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure supplies are available in locker and vanity areas.
• Monitor guest appointments and ensure proper placement at schedule times, report issues to supervisors.
• Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas, offer refreshments to guests.
• Manage laundry processes, dispose of soiled linens per SOP, fold and stock towels.
• Arrange spa areas with ice packs and towels to provide a comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage locker area access and guest flow to ensure a smooth spa experience.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of all spa spaces (locker rooms, showers, lounges, pool).
• Support therapists and operations staff to deliver high-quality guest service.
