Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead our spa team and uphold exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You''ll supervise staff, manage daily operations, handle inventory, and coordinate group bookings while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality that reflect our 'hospitality with heart & soul' ethos.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa staff and ensure adherence to duties and standards.
• Maintain daily communications log for all Spa Associates.
• Evaluate inventory monthly and reorder from vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders for necessary supplies.
• Update Spa desk procedures to current policies.
• Coordinate group bookings and address group needs.
• Review reservation activity to verify treatment availability.
• Inspect Spa and facilities for defects or issues throughout the day.
• Review resumes and communicate staff changes for arriving groups.
• Ensure daily laundry requirements are met.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts of Professional Inventory.
• Cover Concierge or Spa Attendant roles during absences.
