Job summary

Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking an Event Banquet Concierge to ensure flawless guest experiences at weddings, corporate events and celebrations. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests and event teams, coordinating details with the operations, banquets and services teams.

Promote facilities, review BEOs, assist with setup tasks, and handle last-minute changes with professionalism. This part-time role focuses on hospitality excellence in central Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Promote in-house facilities and understand hotel amenities to assist guests.
• Confirm event specifications with hosts to ensure a seamless experience.
• Know group details to provide personalized service.
• Assist with last-minute pop-ups, changes, or requests.
• Review the Banquet Event Order with guests and discuss details.
• Attend BEO meetings as needed.
• Handle event setup tasks and registration tables.
• Issue and follow up on Work Orders for maintenance and service requests.
• Report gratuities by company guidelines and regulations.
