Canyon Ranch is expanding with Canyon Ranch Austin in Texas. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service across spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.

You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort, while engaging guests with information about activities and services. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills, with a high school diploma and basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
