Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi, MS seeks a Spa Coordinator to welcome clients, manage spa appointments, and maintain daily operations to ensure a relaxing guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling spa and salon services, recommending retail products, completing opening/closing checklists, keeping Front Desk and Spa areas stocked, and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Six months experience as a Salon Receptionist or similar experience.
• Able to obtain licenses required by state law.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effective communication skills.
• Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Spa and Salon services taking into consideration the timing and the best practice in ordering of those services.
• Knowledgeable about the products and services available within the Spa and Salon to better make recommendations to the guests inquiring about the retail products and services offered.
• Complete daily checklists for opening and closing both Front Desk and Men's and Women's Spas.
• Clean, stock, and maintain the environment of the Back of House areas, Atrium, Front Desk, and Retail areas within the Spa Operations.
• Secures the area by ensuring the premises are locked and all electrical equipment has been turned off when opening and closing the Spa and Salon.
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP's of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department.
• Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests.

Pay Range

USD $11.50 - USD $11.50 /Hr.
