Description

Oversees the day to day operations of the spa by assisting clients and assisting spa technicians

Essential Functions

• Receives spa guests, issues lockers, towels, sandals, robes, and ties that fit the needs of the client
• Explain to guests how to get prepared for their scheduled service
• Books appointments for future spa needs
• Tracks client flow throughout the spa and maintain clear communication with each technician regarding client flow and/or any changes in their appointment schedule
• Refill professional product used in the spa as requested and necessary
• Obtains and serves refreshments to guests as requested
• Collect soiled linens (including sheets, blankets, towels, robes, etc.) as necessary and place in the appropriate receptacles
• Folds and stores laundry as necessary
• Change bed and clean rooms before and after each service and assists Spa Technicians with room set-up
• General cleaning to maintain state board safety and sanitary regulations
• Keeps the spa areas spotless at all times during shift
• Order/ pick up spa lunches and/or breakfasts as necessary
• Perform all opening, closing, and daily procedures as listed on the current daily procedure checklist
• Communicate with spa manager/supervisor any/all relevant information
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Esthetic or Cosmetology License (Issued through the State Board)
