Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to answer calls, schedule appointments, and greet service members with a cheerful, professional attitude. The role also supports the Department Head with filing and other clerical tasks as needed.

You will explain Life Spa offerings to guests, guide them to suitable services, and suggest upgrades while maintaining a high standard of customer care. CPR/AED certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and assist service members.
• Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products and services, helping guests determine needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and scheduling communications.
• Adhere to safety rules and use required safety devices.
