Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to manage the front-line phone system, greet guests, book appointments, and help the Department Head with office tasks.

You will explain Life Spa services, suggest upgrades, and ensure callers receive a cheerful, professional experience consistent with Life Time's standards. CPR/AED readiness and proficiency with MS Office are required, with a plan to obtain CPR/AED within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• CPR and AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is expected.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner
• Converts LifeSpa questions into appointments
• Explains Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assists with determining needs
• Suggests upgrades or add-ons to products and services
• Completes outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments
• Uses all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules
