Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four to five years of office and customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience/education in the cosmetology field or spa industry preferred.

• Provides a clearly superior customer service experience for all spa guests.
• Answers and directs telephone calls to proper departments or answers questions.
• Schedules appointments for spa services.
• Maintains detailed reports and correspondence (scheduling, reminders, etc).
• Develops a filing system to track information and uses computer databases.
• Knowledge of spa service menu and ability to answer client questions while customizing treatment options.
• Knowledge of spa retail items.
• Promotes positive customer service.
• Stocks towels, sheets, robes and other spa items.
• Other duties deemed necessary.
