Job summary

Chaminade Resort & Spa is seeking a personable Spa Coordinator to enhance the guest experience in our resort spa. You will greet guests, present facility options, and help schedule treatments with therapists to ensure timely services.

Role requires excellent communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is requested, with duties spanning check-in, tours, and transactional recording.

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Engaging and welcoming personality.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs with occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they enter the spa and introduce facilities and program components.
Assist guests with booking treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely spa services and treatments.
Provide tours and information about the Spa and its features.
Monitor spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety; report incidents as needed.
