Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and familiarize them with locker rooms and facilities.
• Serve as a source of information for spa and resort operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in spa locker rooms, showers, lounges, and pool areas.
• Cross-train in reception duties and spa software usage.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant guest visit; respond to emergencies.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
