Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their visit, ensuring a warm and professional interaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning, restocking supplies, and setting up equipment according to spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment spaces.
• Assist guests with the use of spa amenities and provide information about services and products as needed.
• Operate computer applications to schedule appointments, update guest records, and communicate with spa staff.
• Monitor guest flow and coordinate with therapists and other team members to optimize service delivery.
• Perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods while maintaining focus on guest comfort and safety.
• Climb stairs and move throughout the facility to support various operational needs efficiently.

This position involves supporting spa operations through attentive guest service by welcoming the Spa guests and ensuring a smooth check in process. The Spa Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This role requires physical demands to perform tasks such standing and walking while on shift, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Ultimately, the Spa Attendant contributes significantly to the spa’s reputation by fostering a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere for every visitor.

Minimum Qualifications:
