Job summary

The Spa Coordinator at The Joule Dallas, part of Highgate Hotels, LP, welcomes guests and delivers anticipatory service while optimizing treatment scheduling and product recommendations.

This role requires spa experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will assist guests, describe services, manage bookings, and support daily operations in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of spa experience is required.
• Comfort with computer systems and communicating via telephone and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide anticipatory service.
• Schedule treatments to maximize use of the schedule and provide recommendations.
• Answer phones and educate clients on services and products.
• Explain spa facilities and products to optimize satisfaction.
• Check guests in and out using the software system.
• Handle sales transactions and cash-outs per company protocol.
• Open and close the medical spa following SOPs.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
