Qualifications

• High School diploma or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

• Approach interactions with a positive, friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Flexible schedule and long hours may be required.
• Light work: stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating, and flow to optimize guest experience.
• Assist with all host stand operations and coat check as needed.
• Present menus and provide initial guidance on dining options.
• Coordinate with servers and managers on VIPs and special requests.
• Answer phone inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entry.
• Support service team during peak periods with tasks and logistics.
• Ensure smooth departure experiences and guest follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
