Highgate Hotels in Dallas seeks a Spa/Facilities Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of the spa/fitness area and assist guests with professionalism. You will greet guests, ensure spotless locker rooms, and support daily operations at The Joule Dallas.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior guest service experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends. Training highlights brand standards and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or comparable work experience.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Work schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching; stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the spa/fitness facility (spa, locker rooms, fitness room, and pool area) according to brand standards.
• Restock linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
• Escort members/guests to changing areas and provide facility orientation.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory of spa operating supplies.
• Communicate facility details and amenities to members and guests.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s Earth View program.
