Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a Spa Concierge to ensure a premier spa experience for every guest. You will handle calls, emails, bookings, confirmations, and retail sales, while maintaining daily summaries for spa activities. The role emphasizes excellent communication, warm guest interactions, and adherence to safety and service standards.

The incumbent will open/close the spa, manage appointment books, assist with inventory, and support the guest recovery process to guarantee a 5-star experience.

Qualifications

• Two years resort/hotel or salon/spa experience preferred.
• Reception and point of sale experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Adaptable to change; able to multitask calmly with good follow-up and courtesy.
• Spa environment knowledge and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Familiar with computer booking software, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must meet legal age requirements for the position.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must provide valid documents to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest interactions, answer calls and emails, and handle spa reservations.
• Process payments and UPSell spa services with a soft sales approach.
• Maintain spa activity communications via daily recap.
• Open and close spa, ensure standards are upheld and safety protocols followed.
• Support retail boutique and inventory; assist with locker rooms and common areas.
• Operate POS and ensure accurate transactions.
• Provide 5-star guest service and assist with guest recovery when needed.
• Coordinate schedules with service providers and communicate availability.
• Keep all communications in line with spa standards.
• Assist with daily shift tasks and end-of-day drawer counts.
