Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests and manage the spa reception area. You will answer phones, assist guests with questions about treatments and products, and schedule all appointments. You will check guests in, handle payments, and promote spa services and retail offerings.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications and office systems.
• Skilled in using personal computers and various software packages.
• Strong math and money handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Team player with friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reception area in the Spa.
• Answer phone calls and assist with Spa service questions and product inquiries.
• Book and manage appointments; check guests in/out in the computer system and process payments.
• Promote Spa treatments, services, sessions and retail; communicate promotions and discounts.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked Spa Desk; ensure confidentiality of information.
