As Spa Concierge you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and help them have a seamless experience.
• Answer the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring guests enter a clean, safe space with appropriate lighting, music, and scent.
• Remember personal details such as birthdays, anniversaries, favorite drink, and warm inviting neck wrap.
• Serve as a backup for the leadership team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
