Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Mil/Aero Sales professional to lead outside sales across the Southwest region (AZ/CA). You will manage a network of independent reps, develop key programs, and collaborate with engineering on custom solutions. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Mil/Aero sales and requires extensive travel. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in outside sales, knowledge of RF interconnects, and the ability to discuss RF/electrical and mechanical requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree focusing on business, operations, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in outside sales.
• Experience with RF interconnect products or related tech is a plus.
• Located in Southwest region (AZ/CA) to support sales activity.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth of Times Microwave products in Mil/Aero market.
• Direct key account development and manage program opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, programs, and finance on quotes and proposals.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
• Forecasting and pipeline updates; maintain customer relationships.
