Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 2-3 years of medical device or operating room sales experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of work time including overnight stays.
• Ability to work in operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Present and educate surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision makers on product use and benefits.
• Provide on-site technical support during surgical procedures to ensure proper product application.
• Develop new customer prospects and expand sales within assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products, competitors, pricing, and distribution channels.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals while managing expense budgets.
