Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales for Interventional Surgery products across assigned hospitals and surgery centers. You will educate surgeons and OR staff on infection prevention and biosurgery products, build physician relationships, and expand new accounts while meeting territory goals.

The role requires field-based travel up to 80%, strong presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and OR-sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Documentation of successful sales performance required.

Responsibilities

• Supports BD’s Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products with physicians, clinicians, and decision makers.
• Presents, educates, and provides in-services to surgeons and OR staff on product use.
• Provides on-site technical support during procedures and training.
• Develops new prospects and establishes new customers; meets territory sales and profitability goals.
• Maintains knowledge of products, pricing, discounts, and company policies.
